Staying on track with physical activity

flinderresearch900

Are you over 18 years of age? Do you want to make physical activity a regular part of your life but always seem to fall off the wagon?

If so, you are invited to take part in a series of online surveys designed to help you to achieve your exercise goals. The study will consist of three short surveys to be completed over one month. Participants will receive information about physical activity, and you may be asked to trial a brief technique to improve engagement in regular physical activity over this period. On completion of the study, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a draw to win a $50 Coles-Myer voucher. To learn more about the study, or to take part, please click here.
