This is Trevor. On launch day he walked past and asked one of our Event Directors what was going on.
He went home and signed up immediately and came along the next week and walked. He then purchased a Garmin and introduced a bit of running to his walk. Each week he is getting quicker. This week he came along with a new pair of shoes and took about two minutes off for a new PB.
We love having Trevor as one of our regular parkrunners. Be like Trevor.
