I am a 7 year old Cavoodle who trots alongside my best friend at Lilydale Lake parkrun.
Even though I am only 10kg with little legs I am an eager, enthusiastic and energetic guy who encourages his owner to keep going. The bird life is what particularly grabs my attention, as the Lake is a great home to an assortment of water birds.
As my owner and I only began as registered members of parkrun a couple of months ago, I was especially enjoyed the barkrun with a few more small dogs my size to say hello to.
I sleep in the car while my owner has a cuppa with some other parkrun. It is a great addition to my week; exercising and socialising is just as important to me as my owner and is “oodles” of fun!

Alle, the 5-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback and recently ran her 100th parkrun at Port Macquarie parkrun. Alle and her handler Roger have logged over 2300km running together training for Ironman and other endurance events. Perhaps her greatest contribution to the parkrun community however is the confidence she inspires in folk who might otherwise be afraid…
