The Heart Foundation have a long history of getting people moving with their walking program, with their walking groups pounding the pavement across the country. Their new app offers step challenges for solo walkers. This weekend we’re inviting Heart Foundation walkers to visit their local parkrun and find out more about our weekly runs – please make them feel welcome – you might spot them by their red t-shirts!
