Tattoos, sailings and celebrations: Highlights from last week!

A great week for parkrunning as the sun seemed to be shining everywhere across the country which might be a first for Canada! We had sailboats in the West, news of tattoos in the East, and some cake celebrations thrown in for good measure.

parkrunners in Clover Point parkrun, Victoria, got to witness some sailboat racing during their parkrun. Great day for it – parkrunning, sea, mountains, sailboats, Clover Point has got it all!

In this week’s Free, weekly, timed podcast, they mentioned Nose Hill parkrun has being a rather beautiful parkrun! This photo was taken this week, and we can understand why it was mentioned

Louise celebrates her 100th parkrun in style with the help of the St George’s flag and fellow parkrunners. Well done Louise!

Also at Richmond Olympic, we had Mabel who on holiday from Diamond Creek parkrun, Australia, runs her way to her 103rd parkrun.

At Whitby the volunteers continue to do a great job, here congratulating one of the runners.

Here is said volunteer team, what a great looking group!

And finally at Frédéric Back parkrun, they were thrilled to be visited by Robert who has a tattoo celebrating his 100+ parkruns!
