parkrun in focus: Kiwanis parkrun, London Ontario.
We are excited, are you excited? We’re VERY EXCITED!!! You might have guessed…it’s another new parkrun location!
It’s been a brilliant year so far for the growth of parkrun Canada and we’re delighted to announce that Kiwanis parkrun launches this Saturday, 15th September at 9am.
Here are a few details about the course itself:
From car park, brief out and back along paved multi-use path (Kiwanis Park Central – North) then longer out and back along southern paved multi-use path (Kiwanis Park Central – South). Path crosses under Trafalgar St and Gore Rd and over CNR train tracks.
Washrooms, play areas and spray pad available in Kiwanis Park (North) at Kiwanis Park Dr.
WHO CAN JOIN
EVERYONE and your dog! (if you have one)
A little birdy told us that Kiwanis parkrun Event Directors Laura and Alan are super passionate about parkrun and if this is anything to go by, we reckon Kiwanis is going to be a huge hit.
