As proud partners of parkrun, here at Intersport we love visiting parkruns across the UK and Ireland and feeling the parkrun love. Last Saturday we had the pleasure of visiting Llanelli Coast parkrun in West Wales, and it was fantastic to meet all the runners and volunteers, hear everyone’s stories and do some live filming!
We chatted to lots of people, including Event Director Bruce and Run Director Gill, plus some of our friends from Scarlets Rugby who are passionate about getting involved with their local community – check out the above picture of our very own Michelle running towards the finish line with two Scarlets players!
A huge thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome, and special thanks too to the sun for making an appearance! It was a perfect day of filming and seeing everyone in action.
Watch the live videos on the Intersport Ireland Facebook page and keep posted as next time we may be at a parkrun near you!
