Vhi Special Event at Naas parkrun

Our Vhi parkrun roadshow continues this Saturday, 18 November and we are calling on walkers, joggers and runners to join us at Oranmore parkrun. We have been hosting special events throughout the country to celebrate our partnership with parkrun Ireland.

Galway GAA footballer, Damien Comer will be on hand to lead the warm up and take part in the 5k in the surroundings of Rinville Park just outside Galway.

Post event, we are inviting everyone to join us at the Vhi Relaxation area for some tea, coffee and fruit. Massage balls will be given out while stocks last and a qualified physiotherapist will also be on hand to guide participants through a post event stretching routine.

Last weekend’s special event, held at the Naas parkrun, was a huge success with an amazing 18 first timers bringing the total number of participants to 134! Former Kildare GAA Ladies football captain and 2016 All-Ireland winner, Aisling Holton took a fantastic warm up helping to get everyone ready to go on a chilly morning.

Join us at the Oranmore parkrun this Saturday for what promises to be another memorable morning!
