Vhi roadshow comes to Johnstown parkrun

Vhi Special Event at Malahide parkrun

Our final Vhi parkrun roadshow of 2017 takes place this Saturday, 25 November 25 and we are calling on walkers, joggers and runners to join us at the Johnstown parkrun. We have been hosting special events throughout the country to celebrate our partnership with parkrun Ireland.

Olympian David Gillick and Wexford Camogie player Sarah O’Connor will be on hand to lead the warm up and take part in the 5k which starts in the shadow of Johnstown Castle just outside Wexford.

Post event, we are inviting everyone to join us at our mini Vhi Relaxation area for post event hydration and fruit. Massage balls will be given out while stocks last and David Gillick will also be on hand to guide participants through a post event stretching routine.

Last weekend’s special event, held at the Oranmore parkrun, was another great success with a host of new faces turning out despite the weather.

Join us at the Johnstown parkrun this Saturday for what promises to be another fantastic morning!
