Vhi to visit Bushy Dublin parkrun

Whether you’re a regular runner, jogger, walker or complete newbie we want to help you get the New Year off to a great start with parkrun in partnership with Vhi. That’s why we’re continuing our Vhi Roadshow with the first event of 2018 taking place at the Bushy Dublin parkrun on Saturday, January 13th.

Vhi Ambassador and Olympian, David Gillick and Dublin Ladies GAA Footballer, Sarah McCaffrey will be on hand to lead the warm up and take part in the 5K which runs along the Dodder River and around the pond in Bushy Park.

Post event, we are inviting everyone to join us at the Vhi Relaxation area for some tea, coffee and fruit. Massage balls will be given out while stocks last and a qualified physiotherapist will also be on hand to guide participants through a post event stretching routine.

In 2017, we held eleven Vhi Special Events, visiting Kerry, Galway, Wexford, Kildare, Donegal, Dublin and more and we have plenty more planned for 2018!

Join us at the Bushy Dublin parkrun in Rathfarnham this Saturday or one of our future Vhi Special Events over the coming weeks.
