Whether you’re a regular runner, jogger, walker, volunteer or complete newbie we want to help you stay on track this year with parkrun. That’s why we’re continuing our Vhi Roadshow with the third event of 2018 taking place at Limerick parkrun this Saturday 3 February.
Vhi Ambassador and Olympian, David Gillick will be on hand to lead the warm up and take part in this weekend’s Limerick parkrun, which consists of four laps and takes in sections of the river pathway.
Post-event, we are inviting everyone to join us at the Vhi Relaxation area for some tea, coffee and fruit. Massage balls will be given out whilst stocks last and a qualified physiotherapist will also be on hand to guide participants through a post-event stretching routine.
In 2017, we held 11 Vhi Special Events, visiting Kerry, Galway, Wexford, Kildare, Donegal, Dublin to name but a few, and we have plenty more planned for 2018!
Join us at Limerick parkrun at University Limerick this Saturday, or at one of our future Vhi special events over the coming weeks.
