It’s great to see the numbers going up and up at parkrun and more of you taking the first steps to completing a 5k! Whether you run, jog, walk, chat, watch the clock, walk the dog or push the buggy, parkrun is for everyone. The great thing is you can make of it what you want. Kick-start your fitness, make friends, get some fresh air, smash your PB…it’s all happening on a Saturday morning near you!
