Here at Intersport we love a run any time of year, but there is something particularly special about running in late spring and early summer. Our local parks, woodlands and trails are looking stunning right now – there’s lush greenery everywhere, the birds are singing happily and the weather is for the most part behaving nicely. So, whether you’re just starting out or are already a regular, now is a fantastic time to head down to your local parkrun and enjoy spring running at its best!

For many people, the warmer weather and beauty in nature are just the incentive they need to kick-start a fitness regime ahead of summer. If this is you, you can be sure of masses of encouragement and support at parkrun – and before you know it, 9am on a Saturday will be part of your weekly routine well into the winter!

Wherever you are with your running, we’re always on hand at Intersport with plenty of friendly advice, from tips about running through to gait analysis and finding your perfect shoe. Find your nearest store here

Don’t forget that you can claim 10% off at Intersport as part of our ongoing parkrun partnership price #PPP*. Simply show your parkrun barcode (#DFYB!) to claim 10% off running products in store!
