I volunteer at parkrun because: I love being involved in something so epic!

One thing I love about parkrun is: That parkrun is for everyone and welcomes everyone.

I love seeing people improve, support each other and meet future friends. I love that parkrun can impact your life in more than just a running way!

My most memorable parkrun moment was: Having my first ‘parkrun tourist’ moment with my mom and dad at Delta parkrun in South Africa and getting bitten (by what they thought at the time was a poisonous snake!) and spending the remainder of the day in hospital and going home on crutches!
