I volunteer at parkrun because: I enjoy getting to meet a wide range of people. Everyone is so friendly.
One thing I love about parkrun is: I’m always impressed by the parents who push buggies around the course. To have both themselves and a little one ready to go by 8am is amazing to me. It’s not something that would have ever crossed my mind when my girls were little.
My most memorable parkrun moment was: I have a soft spot for the dogs who do parkrun. A parkrun with lots of dogs is always a good one.
Such a beautiful course. Another one to add to the list for you parkrun tourists. It’s a beautiful place to visit anyway but make sure to include a Saturday to make it even more worthwhile.
