Celebrating an octogenarian parkrun hero!

peter

Peter Hanson is a regular runner at the Porirua parkrun. He’s done 55 parkruns now and he made sure to clock up his 50th parkrun the week before his 80th birthday. Astrid and the Porirua community are thrilled to have Peter as a regular parkrunner and sometimes volunteer as he’s known for being a ‘lovely chap’ and now also a great sportsman!
