Kirikiriroa Marathon Hamilton – Saturday 10th March

A number of Hamilton Lake parkrunners and Run Directors are involved in the administration of the Kirikiriroa Marathon, holding its third annual event on Saturday 10 March.

This is a not-for-profit, marathon, focussing on first timers and is very inexpensive ($32 solo, $80 for a team of three 12.6km, 18.1km and 11.5km). Management is totally volunteer based, therefore reliant on the running community for help.

A lot of volunteers are needed as marshals for a few hours on the day. They are critical members of the team, ensuring that everything goes smoothly and runners/walkers stay on the correct course. Expressions of interest are now open. Can you help?
