Laurie volunteer

Laurie is possibly our most vocal volunteer and greets humans and dogs alike with much enthusiasm and cheer! She’s infectiously good humored even when getting over an injury and a joy to be around. Thank you Laurie for all your help  – Cornwall parkrun team.

I volunteer at parkrun because: I love the chance to support and encourage people in their running. Plus I get to cuddle all the dogs!


One thing I love about parkrun is: the inclusivity – everyone is welcome


My most memorable parkrun moment was: parkrun Christmas Day – it’s so lovely to start the day with friends and enjoy the fancy dress fun.
