parkrun Diary


Blenheim parkrun is turning two on 7th July and will have a barbeque afterwards – so tell your friends to come along and join in! They would welcome some extra volunteers on the day, and let’s hope the morning will be as lovely as the one pictured above!


Porirua parkrun is also celebrating their anniversary on the same day for their 5th anniversary and invite all parkrunners new and old to come along and enjoy their barbeque!

Upcoming Events:

The Cotton On Women’s Half Marathon, Team Relay & 5K on Sunday, 1 July 2018 is New Zealand’s first all women’s half marathon.

Located on the waterfront, this two lap course will have you running the streets and footpaths of Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour, Wynyard Quarter and Tamaki Drive. From the downtown Auckland start & finish line, to Tamaki Drive and the Viaduct Basin, this is a course for every runner’s must-do list.

The half marathon can be run solo or as part of a two person team relay.
