Explore the beaches, forests, lakes and rivers in Estonia – the perfect destination for a week of outdoor activities and fitness. If improving your parkrun time is your aim, this week in the Baltic’s will improve your stamina with a specific goal of lowering your 5km with specialist running training alongside spin classes, interval training, forest trails and swimming in tranquil lakes. If this wasn’t enough, you will also have the chance to row a Viking boat to work on your upper body strength!
This exotic fitness week is based in the coastal town of Essaouira where you will focus on your cardio with circuits, boxercise, cycling and sunrise beach runs. During the fitness week you will be staying in a traditional Moorish riad with a rooftop terrace for sunset stretch classes.
