It’s a great time of year to be a parkrunner!

If there was ever a time to start running, it’s now! With these lovely long days and warmer weather, it is the perfect time to dig out those running shoes and get outside. Whether you want to do a few km at your local parkrun, a post-work run at sunset or a longer run in the hills, you can’t beat running at this time of year. It’s an instant endorphin boost, time out from daily life and a chance to connect with nature.

 

Here at Intersport we’ve certainly noticed lots more run love over recent weeks, which is awesome! Even if you’re a regular parkrunner already, this is a great time to up your mileage, see what you’re capable of and set some goals such as a summer or autumn race.
