How has parkrun changed your running / fitness?  I’ve gone from nothing to ultramarathons and trail runs

Most memorable or funniest parkrun moment: Meeting my best running buddies

What fellow volunteers say about them: Since the start of Bryanston parkrun, Malcolm has assisted the organising team in many ways. Last year he pulled out the biggest surprise when he donated a portable sound and music system to the parkrun. It is one of the many generous and spontaneous gestures he has made to help out at the run. On his 100th run, he brought 1,000 fizzers for the runners to enjoy. Bryanston parkrun fizzes because of the generosity of people like Malcolm.
