How has parkrun changed your running / fitness? parkrun changed my fitness because when I came for the first time I was not able to run even 1 km without stopping. So far I have finished 10 kms and 21 kms all because I have learnt to run to finish from parkrun.

What do you like about volunteering at parkrun? There is so much appreciation from our co-volunteers and coordinators. I also like to contribute positively when needed.
Why should others volunteer at parkrun? It’s a good thing to do, to give support to your community.
Most memorable or funniest parkrun moment: The most memorable parkrun is my first parkrun, where I finished 46 minutes.
