Funniest or most memorable moment: My 50th and 100th parkrun


What do his fellow volunteers say about him? Without Alan there every Saturday morning is not a parkrun,  he is a inspiration to us all, his dedication and commitment to parkrun is fantastic, he encourages and brings in just about every parkrunner that finishes even when you run or walk by for the second lap he cheers you on, just about knows all the local’s names and makes you feel like you are special; the best parkrunner. His friendly banter with everyone is infectious and he is always willing to help
