Hey moms and dads…


Did you know, when your little ones get enough exercise, they pay more attention when they need to? (Homework win!) And all that activity lowers their chance of getting sick by boosting their immune system. (Fewer sick days for the win!)


Plus, getting your tiny troop to join your Saturday parkruns is a great way for them to have positive associations with exercise – seeing it as fun and not ho-hum. It’s also a fun way to stay fit as a family… away from the TV.  It’s these and plenty more positives that make a Saturday morning parkrun a no-brainer!
