We’ve all got our own unique habits when it comes to ‘me time’. Whether it’s a cuppa in the morning, walk in the afternoon or Netflix at night. Often, we collect these habits from the people around us.
To kick-off the launch of Medibank Live Better – helping all Australians towards a better, healthier life – Medibank took a look at the impact healthy habits and self-care have not only on ourselves, but on those closest to us.
Speaking with six different groups of families and friends, including Tim Oberg and his family, Medibank asked how they prioritise their own health and wellbeing through self-care.
