Today Vincent Stanton was completing his 50th parkrun (great effort) and dressed in the 50 “superman cape” he raced around the course in a PB time, one of the most well mannered young men I’ve met. He then told me his Mum Christine Stanton was trying for a PB also, so back up the course he went to help her home. The end result was, of course, she beat her best time of 3 years ago.
