We’re recruiting! We are looking for a full-time Operations Assistant to join our team based in our Asia Pacific office on the Gold Coast.

Committed to breaking down barriers to participation in regular physical activity and bringing communities together, parkrun supports communities around the world to deliver free, weekly events every weekend that people of all ages and backgrounds can take part in – as volunteers, walkers, runners, and spectators.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a self motivated individual who loves helping, supporting and organising.

The Operations Assistant is a pivotal role working as part of a small, close-knit team. The role will primarily be to provide administrative support to the staff team, respond to event team queries and support the delivery of events across the Asia Pacific region.

Whilst some previous administration experience would be great it’s not essential.

This is an entry level position and most suitable for someone looking to start their career and gain an amazing work experience. It has excellent development potential for anyone with the desire and work ethic to progress and learn.

We would particularly encourage and welcome applications from under represented groups.
