Nominate your Vhi parkrun Hero!

Knocknacarra Park parkrun in partnership with Vhi

Vote for your parkrun Hero online or in the Vhi App! With thousands of you walking, jogging, running and volunteering every month there are sure to be many deserving parkrun heroes across the 104 parkruns nationwide. We are looking for an inspirational, hardworking and dedicated member of the parkrun community who embody the ethos of parkrun or have made an outstanding contribution. Monthly winners receive a €250 One4All voucher and plaque courtesy of Vhi.

 

To nominate a participant or volunteer of the parkrun community for the Vhi parkrun hero award visit www.vhi.ie/running. From 2 May if you are a Vhi customer you can also nominate a member of the parkrun community for the award within the Vhi app. To sign up to the Vhi app, simply download the Vhi app and scan your parkrun barcode.

Having a ball

Kim Tully and her Siberian Husky Yoshi are regulars at Hartstown parkrun in Dublin. By her own admission, Kim was inactive and looking for ways to make new friends.   Eventually she plucked up the courage to go to her local parkrun and now Saturday mornings for Kim and Yoshi are a whole family affair….
