Make sure you tune into #Vhiparktalks with Olympian David Gillick, as we have two episodes for you this week!

It has been great to see so many parkrunners tuning in over the past few weeks. Tomorrow evening, David will be joined on Instagram Live by Vhi Health Coach Martina Gibbons where they will talk about how running can boost our mental health and help us cope especially during the challenging times that we are living through right now.

Be sure to join Martina and David @ 8pm Thursday, 14 May on Instagram @parkrunie.

Then, we have a real treat in store for you on Saturday morning, where we are thrilled to bring you another episode of #Vhiparktalks with David and a very special guest!

Can you guess who it might be?

We are delighted that David will host the lovely Sonia O’Sullivan this Saturday @9:30am on Instagram Live all the way from Australia! They will be chatting all things parkrun and answering your questions live, so please don’t be shy – we’d love you to join in the chat and give her a warm welcome! Set your alarms & join in on @parkrunie for an episode of #Vhiparktalks that is not to be missed. We hope to see you there!
