Calling all female parkrunners – the Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon is almost here!
The Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon kicks off tomorrow, 1 October and runs until 10 October 2020. Participants are being called upon to complete the 10km event ‘their way’ over the course of the 10 days with the aim to raise €10 million for charities. So, if you love and miss your morning 5k parkrun, why not sign up and take part? There is still time!
Vhi are delighted to be involved in a special virtual edition of the event for 2020 in recognition of the hundreds of charities that depend on the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon event for a significant part of their fundraising efforts each year.
The 2020 Virtual Vhi Squad consisting of sisters Lottie and Bonnie Ryan, broadcaster Georgie Crawford, fitness enthusiast Leanne Moore and actress Demi Isaac Oviawe have signed up and are waiting for you to join them! You can keep up to date with their progress and find out what way they are running the event by following them on Instagram.
