A thank you to all those who took part in the Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon!

016

Vhi would like to extend a huge thank you to all the parkrunners who took part in last month’s Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon!

Vhi were delighted to bring you a special virtual edition of the event for 2020 that was in recognition of the hundreds of charities that depend on the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon event for a significant part of their fundraising efforts each year.

Overall, almost 25,000 women took part in the virtual event across Ireland, completing 10km ‘their way’ from the 1– 10 October. Vhi and Women’s Mini Marathon are delighted that through this event, a total of over €1,000,000 has been raised for charities.

If you took part this year, congratulations and we hope that the Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon helped all those who are missing their weekly parkruns!
