Congratulations to Helen Carr who has been selected as the week one winner of the Vhi parkrun social media competition. Helen entered the competition by posting a picture of herself completing her (not)parkrun and used #Vhi. Helen has won a pair of wireless Apple AirPods headphones, which will no doubt come in handy for all her future runs!
Helen is an avid runner and a book editor from Dublin. She is currently completing her (not)parkruns in either Malahide or St Anne’s Park. She signed up for parkrun when it began in Ireland in 2012 and has completed an amazing total of 186 parkruns. For Helen, (not)parkrun has been a great way to help keep her connected to parkrun during these difficult months and she often sees other parkrunners also completing their (not)parkruns. She is really looking forward to running with others once parkrun returns, as she has really missed the sensation of running in a group and having others to motivate her to push herself. Helen also can’t wait to have a coffee afterwards with her parkrun friends.
If you want to be in with a chance of winning, there are still two more weeks left of our Vhi (not)parkrun AirPod competition! All you have to do is follow these simple steps.
Congratulations to De O’Connor who has been selected as the final winner of the #Vhi parkrun social media competition. De has won a pair of wireless Apple AirPods headphones, which will no doubt come in handy for all her future runs! De is living in Dublin, and her local parkrun is St Anne’s…
