We are delighted to see so many of you have been taking part in (not)parkrun recently. While we are hoping we can see each of you again at your local parkrun soon, we spoke with some parkrunners who have been taking part in (not)parkrun, to find out how it has helped them during these difficult times and some of the inspiring responses we received are below.
