With just three weeks to go to the Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon on the 19 September, the day is nearly upon us!
This year, each of the Vhi ambassadors will be participating in the event in a different manner, showing the versatility of the Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon and that it is open to all fitness levels, no matter whether you want to run, jog or walk your 10k.
Our Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon ambassadors Una Healy and Grainne Gallanagh will be running, Nadia El Ferdaoussi will be jogging and Dr Laura Lenihan will be walking the Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon on 19 September.

It is great news, that parkrun will be returning in Ireland from the 11 September. We know that parkrunners will be so excited to return to their local parkrun for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic, so if you love walking, jogging running your Saturday morning parkrun, why not sign up?
