Vhi is proud to partner with both parkrun and the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon and are strong supporters of helping Irish women live longer, stronger and healthier lives.
Vhi recently conducted research that examines Irish women’s walking and running habits. Something the parkrun community can certainly relate to!
With this in mind, participants will be supported every step of the way up until the 4 th June. Fitness expert Dearbhla (@belle_azzure) has provided easy to follow 12-week training plans, suitable for all fitness levels.
