parkrun is inclusive for everybody it is a way of keeping active on Saturday morning you can walk it jog it or run it at your pace if you are competitive then also you can go for it.
I found the Run Director, the volunteers and the participants so welcoming.
Unfortunately I had a flight to catch… hopefully will attend another time when in Malaysia….. happy parkrunning.
