This week is the 1st anniversary of Queenstown parkrun, it’s bound to be a chilly start, but it’ll be a heart -warming occasion for sure! Go along to support the great team that makes it happen every week, many thanks to the Event and Run Directors and of course their wonderful volunteers!

 

New parkrun launches:

Flaxmere parkrun (Hastings) – 15th June 2019

Registrations are open.

 

 

Cancellations: 

Queenstown – 22nd June (Winterfest)

Queenstown – 16th November (Queenstown Marathon)


Upcoming Anniversaries:

Queenstown – 8th June

Puarenga – 22nd June

Pegasus – 22nd June

 

July anniversaries:

Porirua + Blenheim

Cornwall Park – 27th July

 

Parking problems at Whangarei:

There will be some interruptions at the start of Whangarei parkrun until the end of July as the council are about to seal the car park where the start is.
Parking is only available across the road at the cricket grounds

parkrunners will need to allow an additional few minutes to get to the start line for 8am.

Achilles International is very excited to announce that this years Auckland Marathon will also include an official Wheelchair Marathon.
