We’ve put together a video taken from Haga parkrun to show people what parkrun is all about. They say that a picture speaks a thousand words, so I suppose that a video must be a million then!

p.s. One final thing. For those of you who are wondering about the choice of wording ‘Motionslopp’, don’t worry, we’re still a ‘run’ not a ‘race’ – we just think that this is a more familiar phrase for people to understand than ‘5km runda med tidtagning…..’
