Last weekend, as you will have heard, we had lots of fun visitors to Haga parkrun, with TV cameras, Swedish radio and Dagens Nyheter all coming along to see what we’re up to with parkrun. Hopefully we’ll get some good publicity from all of this and get more people hearing about what we do – and maybe inspiring someone else, somewhere, to think about starting their own parkrun event in their community.
But locally the best publicity is always word of mouth, getting the recommendation from friends and colleagues who have come down to parkrun and want to tell people all about it! If you’d like to help us with us, and for example tell people at work about parkrun or your local club, then feel free to print off one of our parkrun posters below and help spread the word!
