The excellent running magazine ‘Spring’ are carrying out their ‘Årets Prestation 2017’ survey and in the category ‘Årets Ledare’, Deri Thomas, who helped to bring parkrun to Sweden and the Nordics, has been nominated.
Now of course parkrun is so much more than being about one person, but winning this award would help to give parkrun some much wanted publicity and a platform to help to spread our message more widely – who knows, it might lead to another parkrun somewhere in Sweden!
