In a great new series of short videos, Olympic gold medalist Jessica Ennis-Hill shares stories about ‘parkrun heroes’, people whose lives have been changed by being part of a supportive, healthy community, and who are helping to change others’ lives at the same time.
On this episode, Welshman Gareth Yeoman had struggled with his weight since his teens. He’d heard the cruel taunts, he’d even hid. This is how he changed his life, motivated by self-belief and family love.
