How did you first hear about parkrun?
Da jeg gerne ville starte med af løbe fandt jeg Parkrun men det var på Amager fælde. Året efter startet så Fælledparken parkrun.
What’s the best thing about parkrun?
Den altid gode stemning og det af komme igang med lørdagen på en god made.
There’s always a good atmosphere at parkrun, and you start Saturday in a good way.

Det er nemt af finde og en nem rute hvor alle kan være med.
It’s easy to find, and it’s an easy route which is suitable for everyone.

What would you say to someone who’s not tried parkrun before, to try to persuade them to come along?
At parkrun, we are lucky to run in some stunning locations, both around the Nordics and all over the world. Indeed, one of the great benefits of parkrun is to encourage people to get outside and discover the nature around them. But what happens when the beauty of the park gets spoilt by the blight…
