Here at Healthspan, we have three core values which are at the heart of everything we do. Our passion for staying active, eating well and being positive, all of which give your body the best possible chance of succeeding at the challenges of day-to-day life, is what we’re all about.


Yes, for over 20 years we have been the UK’s largest direct-to-customer retailer of vitamins and supplements, but our ambition is to be much more than this. That’s why we’ve given our logo, packaging and website a fresh new makeover. Not only this, we’ve been busy developing a host of brand new products and are putting health and wellbeing advice at the heart of everything we do.

We believe that staying active through physical activity is one of the best things that you can do for your health. Whether your aim is to keep parkrunning every week or to introduce more exercise into your diary, we can help.


2. Eat Well

Eating the right foods through a healthy, balanced diet is essential.  Supplying your body with essential vitamins and minerals is one of the most important things for keeping your body well-nourished and functioning well.


3. Be Positive

It’s not just your physical health that is important. Taking care of your mental wellbeing is crucial to improving your overall health and that’s why our final core value is to be positive. Through yoga, mindfulness or learning to breath and relax, we have some great tips for a happier mind.
