The BAFTAs are a distant memory and the Oscars are done and dusted for another year, but there’s another awards ceremony that needs your attention.
We’ve made the shortlist in the Large Charity category for The Running Awards – and we need the support of parkrunners to help us win.
We’ve narrowly missed out on victory in the last two years, coming third last year and second the year before. This year we want to take the main prize for our supporters!
The awards are completely down to runners votes – so that’s you!
We know many of you have found it rewarding taking part in our Running Down Dementia and Give It Your Best campaigns and being part of #TeamARUK; and as the official charity partner of parkrun we are hoping you will spare a few minutes to cast your vote for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
It’s free to vote and takes just a few minutes. Click here to vote. Go to Charity > Large Charity > Alzheimer’s Research UK.
Please also encourage others to #voteARUK for us by sharing this link on social media.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in April. We’ve got our fingers crossed!
