Maldon Prom volunteer honoured

Imogen Giddings from Maldon Prom parkrun was honoured at the Active Essex Sports Awards.

 

Imogen has been volunteering at Maldon Prom parkrun and Maldon Prom junior parkrun since 2015, has done so on over 50 separate events and has covered nearly all of the different roles.

 

As a result of volunteering at parkrun, Imogen has sought other opportunities such as helping out with a local Walking Netball Club on a weekly basis.

 

Imogen was highly commended in the Young Volunteer of the Year category!
