In case you might have missed it – to celebrate the return of parkruns, we are giving events across the UK an opportunity to request a Membership Card which can be put up at your parkrun each Saturday.


Each week the Membership Card QR code will feature a fantastic deal or discount linked to a super easy and tasty Co-op recipe. Find out more info on how to receive your post-parkrun brunch voucher here.


Keep your eyes peeled at events this weekend as we will be offering everyone that takes part, whether you volunteer, walk, run or jog the chance to get money off one of our favourite brunch recipes. Look out for our pop up Membership Cards with QR codes and simply scan to join in!


How to get your brunch? 


  1. Complete your parkrun and look out for our Membership Card at your event
  2. Scan the QR code on the front of the card
  3. Click to become a Co-op member to receive personalised offers and rewards to spend in store
  4. Select this week’s exclusive post parkrun brunch offer
  5. Find your local store to pick up this week’s ingredients and cook your post parkrun brunch. It really is that simple!


This week we will be featuring one of our favourite smoothie recipes – perfect for those breakfasts on the go or those busy parkrun mornings. Our Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie may only have a few simple ingredients but is packed full of flavour!
