We are looking for a Board Administrator and Executive Assistant to join the team in our Richmond office!

 

Do you have the excellent administration and organisational skills to manage and guide our Board Secretariat and executive support responsibilities?  Do you enjoy working to the highest standards whilst anticipating and meeting needs?  We would love to hear from you!

 

This is a full-time, permanent role, based in London, offering a hybrid working pattern and competitive salary.

 

Key activities will include:

 

Board Administration

  • Provide exceptional administration support to the Board and sub-committees to ensure the smooth running of the Board and Committee programme, providing at all times an organised, accurate service in line with corporate standards and requirements
  • Liaise with key external stakeholders, e.g. Charity Commission, Sport England, to ensure activities and reports are proactively managed
  • Organise and schedule all relevant meetings, events and committees, taking and distributing minutes, collating data, distributing reports and following up on actions

Executive Assistant

  • Provide exemplary executive assistant support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring the effective organisation of meetings, diaries, events and travel as well as the management and delivery of forward work plans, agendas, actions and plans
  • Support and coordinate meetings, agendas and action points as necessary with other key strategic projects across the organization as the need arises
  • Keep good records relating to your activities and be able to use this swiftly to produce meaningful management information that can inform our decision making
  • Create and deliver engaging reports, presentations and activities for different internal audiences (from front-line staff to SLT/CEO/Board Level, as well as for external stakeholders)

 

We’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience and capability in providing high level executive support with a focus on Board Secretariat and compliance
  • A confident and skilled communicator, verbally and written
  • A track record in operating efficiently and accurately and in delivering results
  • An ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality
  • A professional who connects effectively with a wide range of people
  • An ability to undertake a wide range of duties to a consistently high standard
  • Confidence and skill in using technology
  • Strong skills in problem solving with a creative approach
