We’re pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Commercial and Fundraising team, based in South West London.
The role
Based within our partnerships team, we are seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support the management of a variety of commercial partners.
Liaising with a wide range of external sponsors and partners, you will lead on the planning and organising of partner visits (activations) throughout the year; working with local parkrun event teams, landowners and partners, to create a simple and effective process. You will also develop effective monthly reporting to provide structured feedback that enables activations to be continuously improved.
This role also includes the creation, editing and proofreading of a range of digital content as well as organising and maintaining schedules for partner content. Supporting the fast-paced and varied work of the parkrun organisation will demand the building of effective relationships with internal teams as well as with the external partners.
The ideal candidate will have fantastic organisational skills, be a natural builder and maintainer of relationships and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Whatever your background or experience to date, we would like to see evidence of your ability to plan and prioritise effectively, to communicate proactively, to manage multiple activities simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy and to do so with enthusiasm, professionalism and a strong desire to do a great job at all times.
We offer great flexible working conditions and a range of employee benefits including a contributory pension plan, 25 days paid leave (plus Bank Holidays) and a commitment to develop your skills and provide training.
We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups, to enable us to bring diversity of perspective to our thinking and conversation. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and it’s important to us that we strive to have a workforce that is diverse in the widest sense. If you share our values and ambitions, and have the skills and experience, then we would be delighted to receive your application.
