Now, more than ever, we want to keep the parkrun world inspired and engaged. And what better way to do that, than with stories from you – our parkrun family.

Here’s how to get in touch with us.

We’d love to see anything you’d like to send through, but especially -

  • Films for our 9am Sunday junior parkrun warm up (ideally 10-15 minutes in length please. You can see an example here.)
  • Innovative parkruns in your home or garden (films and photos)
  • Storytelling and recorded pieces straight to the camera.
  • Written stories, memories, pictures and ways you are trying to stay safe and well

Here are a few dos

  • Do follow government advice regarding social distancing. No filming in groups, or in close proximity.
  • Do try and film outside if you have a safe space to do so, but films in your home are also great.
  • Do film all videos landscape (sideways) – this makes them really easy to share on all of our social media channels
  • Do ensure it’s not too windy and nothing is obstructing the view (mind those fingers). You need to be seen and heard clearly.
  • Do include your name and parkrun event name in the file title when you upload. And only submit it if you are happy for this to be posted on our social media channels.
  • For more filming tips, you can also watch our guide here

Upload your films here it’s a really simple process, just choose your file and upload. Remember to use your name and your parkrun event name in the file title.

Send us your pictures, memories and stories here, using our feedback from the field link here.

Thank you for your support!
